Get the Best Results—Start with the Right File.
To ensure the highest print quality and a smooth production process, we ask that all artwork be submitted in print-ready format. Please follow the guidelines below when preparing your files:
File Specifications:
- Resolution: All raster (non-vector) artwork should be provided at 300 DPI (dots per inch) at full size. This ensures your prints come out sharp, clear, and professional-looking.
- Vector Files: Whenever possible, submit vector-based artwork (such as Adobe Illustrator files) for graphics that need to be scaled without losing quality.
- Bleed: Include a 1/8” (0.125″) bleed on all sides of your design to allow for edge-to-edge printing and trimming accuracy. Keep any essential text or graphics at least 1/4” inside the final cut line (safe zone).
- File Formats: We prefer PDF or EPS files for print, as they retain quality and formatting best. High-resolution TIFF or AI files are also acceptable.
- Fonts & Links: Please outline all fonts or include them with your file. Make sure all linked images are embedded or packaged.
Pro Tips:
- Double-check file dimensions and orientation before submitting.
- If using spot colors or Pantone, label them clearly.
- Avoid using low-resolution web images—they may look fine on screen but will print pixelated.
